1. What type of paper are the puzzles printed on?
70# c1s text (coated 1 side), with a rub resistant varnish or aquous coating.

2. What thickness board is used for the puzzle pieces?
.080 pasted chip

3. What thickness board is used for the puzzle boxes?
.040 chip

4. What is the turnaround time?
Proofing typically take about 2 weeks from the time that we receive the disc to the time that the press sheets hit our docks. For 10,000 puzzles or less the typical turnaround time is two weeks from receipt of the press sheets.

5. If Drescher supplies the printed sheets, how will I know it is correct?
We UPS proofs to you for approval before going to press.

6. What if I want a custom puzzle, other than what is listed on the website?
Drescher can produce most any size puzzle. For a custom puzzle it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the die. The sizes listed on the website are the most popular sizes and you won’t have the large up front costs involved with a custom puzzle (i.e. die, box, special board, layout and corrugated).

7. What size is a 513 Piece Puzzle?
Print Size – 15 ¾ x 22 ¼ (includes bleed) with a finished cut size of 15 x 21 ¼.
Box Base – 11 3/16 x 9 1/16 x 1 ¾, with 3/16 fit full telescope cover.
Base is wrapped in white litho. Cover is wrapped in 4 color printing.

8. What size is a 616 Piece Panoramic Puzzle?
Print Size – 12 ¾ x 36 ½ (includes bleed) with a finished cut size of 12 x 36.
Box Base – 13 13/16 x 5 13/16 x 2, with 3/16 fit full telescope cover.
Base is wrapped in white litho. Cover is wrapped in 4 color printing.

9. What size is a 20/100 Piece Puzzle?
Print Size – 15 7/8 x 9 ½ (2-up) with a finished cut size of 7 1/8 x 8 5/8.
Box Base – 5 5/16 x 3 ¾ x 1 1/2 , with 3/16 fit full telescope cover.
Base is white board outside with white stay tape. Cover is wrapped in 4 color printing.

18 5/8 x 18 5/8, with a ¼ gutter on .080 pasted chip Printed Wrap – 18 ¼ x 18 ¼ Standard Game Box Base – 19 3/16 x 9 15/16 x 1 ½, with 3/16 fit full telescope cover.
