The finished size of the puzzle is 7 1/8 x 8 5/8 die-cut into 20 or 100 pieces. The puzzle pieces are inserted directly into the base. The box base is 5 5/16 x 3 ¾ x 1 ½, white board outside with white stay tape. The cover is wrapped in your four color printing. Your puzzles are assembled, shrunk wrapped and packed in corrugated boxes (48 puzzles per corrugated box).
